Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. Through this process, your design or logo can be imprinted directly onto garments with a variety of different print styles.

Pricing

Pricing is based on multiple variables. These include;

  1. Total quantity and sizes

  2. Style and color of garment

  3. Number of print locations

  4. Number of colors in the design(s)

Screen Printing Services

  • Standard Screen Printing – 13.5w X 16.5h MAX

  • Oversized Screen Printing -14w X 17h MAX

  • Plastisol Ink Printing

  • Water Based Ink Printing

  • Discharge Ink Printing

Rush Fees

  • A charge of 25% of the total price for a 5-6 day rush

  • A charge of 30% of the total price for a 3-4 day rush

  • A charge of 40% of the total price for a 2 day rush

  • A charge of 65% of the total price for next day turn around

Additional Charges

  • Oversized Print | +$1.00 each

  • Color Matching | +$30.00 per color

  • Ink Swap  | +$50.00 per color, per print location

  • XXL & XXXL | Cost typically $1-$2.50 extra per shirt

More info:

  • Dark garments require a base white when printing with plastisol/waterbase.

  • Discharge ink does not work on every color garment.

  • Additional cost will be applied on the 2X*, 3X*,4X*, 5X* sizes.

  • Add $0.85 per tag-less label. Includes logo, t-shirt size, care instructions. Must send print ready art for each size (MOQ 100 Units.)

  • Rush fees available if needed.

  • Not all colors have 3X, 4X or 5X available.

  • Sales tax will be added to your order. (7.5%)

  • Shipping available nation wide via UPS/FedEx.

  • Local pick up is FREE.
